Terms & Conditions
- We are accepting individual reservations with our online booking system on our website. Please note that we are not able to take bookings by telephone . You can book a maximum of 60 days ahead.
- We are open from Tuesday to Saturday for dinner only. First booking is at 6pm and the last booking is at 8.30pm possible.
- Due to the limited number of seats the guests are required to confirm the booking by deposit payment of RMB 500 per seat.
- Possible payment methods are WeChat Pay, Alipay and International Credit Card Payments with Paypal (only for foreign Cards)
- The balance payment will be settled on the night of the dinner. Cash, debit , credit card，Visa & Master Card payment is possible.
- You are able to cancel or modify your booking up to 4 days prior to the day of booking. In case of a cancellation we are able to refund the deposit or keep the deposit for a future dinner with a digital voucher.
- If you cancel up to 48 hours prior to your booking, we will do the best to sell the seats to other guests. In this case we will notify you and refund the deposit. If you cancel later than 48 hours to the booking, we can’t refund the deposit payment.
- Modifications of your booking subject to availability of seats. Kindly note that due to the limited number of seats available at TT, any modification requested within 4 days prior to the dinner date can only be accepted is space is available. In case you reduce the number of your booking it will be handled as a cancellation of seats.
